Creekside Cafe & Bakery in Cedaredge

Love this bakery. The cakes, cookies and pastries are great and the lunch selection is good.

I'm sure it is a fine establishment with great food. But I was picking up a meal for the misses, and some gentlemen was eating soup in the back food prep area, talking with food in his mouth, and apparently unaware of what was around him and what germs and particles can come out of your mouth when you're eating. When commenting to staff I was informed he was an owner. He should know better than this, and should know his actions were unacceptable. He should take some food safety classes and inform his staff they should not follow his example. Its gross and should not be done.

Lovely bakery & cafe. Wouldn't buy their pie again though. Crust is too dense. Everything else is excellent. Would highly recommend their strudel.

I received a Buche de Noel as a gift on December 22d that a family member purchased at Creekside Bakery. Best Christmas Cake I had in a long long time!!! Perfect taste, perfect look! light, fluffy, fresh and decorated with art and good taste. Reminded me of every Christmas of my youth in Frane. I even have to admit that the Creekside Bakery buche was way lighter, with way less sugar than those of my memories and even though it was far healthier, the taste was perfect and the look as well, fun, creative and still classical. I am going to stop by for new year, and treat my gourmet friends there all year around.No need to say that I highly recommend you to go try it. Workers are so nice the place is so cozy and comforting and their food and pasteries are the greatest really recomend this place

I've gotten several custom cakes from Creekside. They are great with bringing your vision to life. If you can't decide which size, always go bigger. The cake is always so delicious, it goes quickly! Everyone in the shop is kind and easy to work with.

Great food & coffee, good selection of pastries & breads. A bit pricey all around, but worth it. Quiet, dog-friendly patio close to Novato Creek. Annoying that you have to walk through the kitchen to get to the bathroom, but that's minor.

Creekside is an adorable bakery and their food is always amazing. My coworkers and I stop by every morning for coffee, and pastry, and sometimes come back for lunch too! I love their green triangles: they are a luxurious treat for when I am having a rough day and they always cheer me up!

These people are the sweetest! They give the tots a free sugar cookie after storytime at the library. They make the best avocado toast on the planet and their desserts are divine. My only wish is that they would try like one gf or vegan dessert a week but they do everything else so well.

Lovely food, good ingredients. Starting a takeout dinner menu the first week of April during SIP. Soon will have Beer and wine—will be a fun dinner place when dining becomes a reality again!

Creekside is one of those classic establishments that any town would be proud to have. They are wonderful Bakers. Have excellent lunches featuring salads and side dishes. Beautiful setting outside. A nice place to just relax and have a leisurely cup of coffee or tea.

Reasonably good coffee and wait staff. But we had a disagreement with management over a debatable topic and the manager talked to us rudely from the start. I won't be coming back.

This place fires on all cylinders! I have visited Creekside a few times now and everything on the menu has been great. This family run business is unassuming from the outside, but the great food, ambiance, and quick service will surely have you coming back for more. My only wish is it was located closer to me in SF! Keep up the great work!

It's a sign at just how bad the civil planning is in Novato that the area along the stream is mostly bordered with empty parking lots and homeless people, instead of fantastic little eateries like this. This business deserves better.

Delicious breakfast. Fresh as could be and generous quantity. And excited to get service on the "patio".

Hands down the best food in the north bay. Chef Dan is so inventive with the menu. He gets all the produce and flours and stuff from local farmers. Everything is local, organic & fresh. The pastry chef and baker Cindy is so talented. I love everything on the menu, but some of my favorites are the sourdough waffles & granola/yogurt for brunch, a classic croissant with tea, little gem salad, veggie sandwich & avocado toast. All cookies and cakes = delicious! Green triangles, Swedish dream cookie, chocolate sandwich cookie, sprinkle cookie! (My mouth is watering as I type). Spot is situated right next to the creek with a gorgeous view of old oak trees. It has a cozy feel and the place is always spotless. I love it there. Whether you’re grabbing lunch with friends or wanting alone time with a book and a cup of coffee & pastry- it’s the perfect place.

Cute little place we have visited several times while in town with unique pastries. Coffee is great and fresh. Would stop again if passing through.

Chef Danny is always so creative when it comes to his culinary creations. Whether you indulge in the Blueberry Cheese Pockets or try the savory Beet Hummus Levain Toast, you definitely can't go wrong. In my opinion Creekside is the best Bakery in Novato.
